Newington College is thrilled to announce our inclusion into the Independent Sporting Association (ISA) competition for our future female Newingtonians (7-12). The ISA acknowledged our prestigious sporting history and the tireless work of our coaches, students and parents in ensuring our students’ athletic abilities are nurtured and grown, noting the value our College will bring to their overall competition.

The ISA competition unites several independent schools across NSW including Redlands, Barker College, Kinross Wolaroi, Snowy Mountains Grammar School and Scots All Saints College. It is a well-respected association that further promotes our focus on cultivating a culture of Positive Sport where we work to leverage the benefits of sport and physical activity – not only for physical health, but also for the promotion of psychological wellbeing, character development, and personal growth. This is a moment in time which underscores our commitment to providing comprehensive and exceptional sporting opportunities for all our students.

This exciting development will offer Newington’s female athletes the opportunity to showcase their talents and represent our college across numerous sporting disciplines that may include netball, basketball, football, touch football, swimming, tennis, cross-country, and athletics.
