Groups fanned out along public footpaths, bus stops, and park reserves throughout Stanmore and Petersham, targeting discarded soft plastics, beverage containers, and takeaway packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organised by the Sustainability Committee, the morning marked the team&#8217;s first major community service event of 2026.
