Students explore how food technologies shape health,&nbsp;lifestyle&nbsp;and wellbeing, while applying critical and creative thinking to design, produce and evaluate quality food solutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;course&nbsp;emphasises safe and hygienic practices, informed food choices and the relationship between food, technology, culture,&nbsp;sustainability&nbsp;and quality of life.
